Zeyne, who graced the cover of Issue 37: Here We Go Again, has become one of the most compelling voices in Arab pop. Following the release of her debut album AWDA, the Palestinian-Jordanian artist has now announced her tour of the same name, a six-date journey that promises to transform her debut album into something both communal and visceral.
Opening in Amsterdam on 30 March and closing in Istanbul on 10 April, the AWDA tour marks a pivotal moment for the artist who has already racked up seventy-two million global streams, performed on Ed Sheeran’s Mathematics Tour and secured her place as the only Arab artist in YouTube’s prestigious Foundry Programme 2025, a launchpad that previously nurtured Dua Lipa and Rosalía. Zeyne has also made history as the first female Levantine artist on COLORS and has been spotlighted by DAZED Global 100.
Since her 2021 debut ‘Minni Ana’, Zeyne has been fusing Arab textures with modern production, creating something simultaneously rooted and radical. Meaning ‘return’ in Arabic, AWDA will expand on the artist’s dedication to personal and cultural exchange and create a breathing world for her art.
