The Goat — Featuring Patta x Rapha

Welcome to HUNGER’s The Goat, where we let you in on all the hottest drops and new releases. Less hype, more the things you actually need on your radar.

Kicking things off, we have a collab from Dutch streetwear brand Patta and cycling extraordinaires Rapha. The whole concept is built around a Surinamese phrase ‘Lobi Libi’, which means ‘love life’ and essentially is the brands’ attempt to bring the joy back into cycling, rather than everyone just obsessing over their time on Strava. It’s also a really great example of blending sport and streetwear — you get jerseys and bib shorts that work just as well for actual cycling as the hoodies and tees do for your regular rotation. To be honest, though, you could just wear one of the statement jerseys to the pub for attention. I would.

Most of the time I wear my hair in a ratty little claw clip. But if you’re a more put-together, hair-down girly, a little extra thickness never hurts. Luckily, Cult haircare brand Chāmpo has just dropped a supersized version of their hero Pitta Growth Serum (which sells at a rate of one every thirty seconds, so it’s pretty bloody popular). It also works — ninety percent of users have less hair loss after twelve weeks, thanks to some fancy hormone science that we don’t really understand but have something to do with DHT. We also like the fact that, despite all this science, the serum has a natural feel to it — it contains red clover extract, which protects against shedding, and Ayurvedic haritaki fruit to nourish your very follicles.

If you still think UGG is all about comfy boots and slippers for winter, you’re wrong. And don’t they want you to know it — their SS25 campaign is literally called ‘Big Summer Energy’. In that spirit, they’ve dropped a style called the GoldenGlow, which comes in both a slider and sandal. Style-wise, it probably sits somewhere between a Birky clog and a Croc, and it comes in all the fun summery colours you’d expect (although, I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, I’ll be sticking to the black). As well as cute, they’re also sustainable since they’re made with sugarcane EVA, which is actually quite insane if you think about it.

Prepare for a hot take — my personal favourite holidays include Italy and pools. Aside from sarcasm, something else I really love is Asta Resort’s pre-fall ’25 collection. Dubbed ‘Piscina in Puglia’, it’s inspired by the cinematic beauty of Jacques Deray’s La Piscine — think: Romy Schneider looking sexy and French, poolside edit. Palette-wise, the collection is packed with sun-faded blues and olive greens that really do transport you to a slow summer in southern Italy. As for textures, the LA-based brand’s signature paillette yarn also makes an appearance across their little dresses and bandanas, which are certifiably adorable. Immaculate artisanship and immaculate vibes.

Ending on a note of luxury — Fendi, in a delicious moment of Y2K-ness, is bringing back the Spy bag. Originally launched in 2005 by Silvia Venturini Fendi, the cult classic has been worn by all the noughties baddies from Gwen Stefani to Paris Hilton. We’re not suggesting that either of these women would need to hide something in their bag(…), but the whole thing about this style is that it has a secret pocket concealed under the flap, which you get to through a disguised button. While that might seem a little gimmicky, it’s actually more to do with the idea that Venturini sees bags as extensions of ourselves, and, therefore, we should be able to keep some things to ourselves. Hidden pocket or not, though, the effortless slouchy vibe is tea. But hold tight — it’s not dropping until July.
