Sunglasses hand-crafted by the gods themselves? Well, that obviously isn’t a thing — but a close second comes in the form of Cutler and Gross’s new collab with Palace. Riffing off the idea of skateboarding, the brands took inspiration from the Roman god of speed, Mercury, to come up with three deity-based shades: Mercury, Victory and Jupiter. Just like Mercury, who’s often depicted with cute little wings on his shoes, each pair dons a little wing motif, as well as some nice metallic detailing — which was also right up the gods’ street. And I would know because I have a degree in Classics. Anyway, the hero piece of the collection is, of course, Jupiter (the final boss of gods), and includes 18K gold metalwork and the Palace Triferg logo. The second drop goes live today so channel your inner Mercury and get on it stat.

As a magazine called HUNGER, we love any kind of food pun. Under Armour’s latest campaign, then, is right up our street. It’s called ‘Comerse al Rival’ and plays on the Spanish phrase meaning to eat up your rival. And who better for the campaign than three of FC Barcelona’s top dogs, Ferran Torres, Fermín López and Marc Casadó, who are pictured in Under Armour’s finest garbs – and munching on calamari sandwiches in a tapas bar – to let their opponents know they’re coming for them. It really is a sight to behold — check it out here.

Being cool and gothy isn’t a phase — it’s a lifestyle. While other brands are dropping their little summer dresses, thank God we still have Named Collective holding down the fort. Their latest collection, Nocturnal, is designed with a mind to festivals and summer nights out and has everything from sweatshorts to tube tops to bikinis to get you through the hot weather without having to slip on style. They’ve really maxed out on details this time, too — think lace, rhinestones and enough crosses to tide Pope Leo over for the rest of his days. The sheer hoodie and matching capri set might just have sent me. Obsessed? Obsessed.

Speaking of cool and gothy, Charli XCX has just stepped out with a new bag. It’s not just any bag, though. It’s the Coach Brooklyn bag that Bella Hadid and all the other it-girls are wearing — which means that we must too. Interestingly enough, it’s actually from the Fall 2024 collection, which was all about New York being a backdrop for love stories. That’s “Everything is romantic”-coded if I ever saw it. Charli is wearing the black version (obviously), but the Brooklyn comes in five shades and two sizes, so your love story can look however you want it to (insert cute emoji).

When you think Louis Vuitton can’t make their Tambour watches any bolder (the 2021 Carpe Diem model literally won a prize for ‘audacity’ at the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie), it comes out with the Tambour Bushido Automata. The third watch in the series, it continues the mask theme of its two predecessors, this time evoking the Japanese Samurai. And it’s not just a stationary mask (hence the name ‘automata’) — thanks to over four hundred components, the face changes expression as the clock ticks. There’s also a moving Samurai sword. Wild. Though pretty much nobody can actually afford this thing, it’s nice to look at, so go do that.

Finishing off on a much more realistic price point — our favourite cult beauty brand, Davines, has a first-of-its kind product out. Essentially, WE STAND/for regeneration is a hydrating butter for the hair, body and face, which makes it the perfect one-stop-shop product to keep in your bag or take on a trip. It also plays really nicely into that organic, anti-climate change thing they’ve got going on since it’s packed with natural and biodegradable ingredients. Kind to you and kind to the planet — we love to see it.
