In just a year, Richard Quinn has risen to become London Fashion Week’s most-anticipated shows: celebrating a rebellious spirit, creative energy and couture-level craftsmanship like no other.
For his standout autumn / winter 2019 catwalk, floramaniac print, super-femme power-dressing, voluminous trapezes and puffballs contrasted with intensely embroidered suits, Leigh Bowery-style costumes and fragile point d’esprit tulle bodysuits.
Last February, he had members of the London Philharmonic Orchestra perform live at his spring/summer 2019 show. This time his show was accompanied by a live performance by singer-songwriter Freya Ridings, a North Londoner, and graduate of the BRIT School.
