Are Kim Kardashian and Kanye West really getting back together? An investigation
It seemed as though the world’s most famous celebrity couple were indefinitely finished, however, fans of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been running rife online with wild theories claiming the stars are back together.
While Kardashian was officially declared single on March 2 2022, their divorce is nowhere near finalised. Since splitting up, the exes have moved on and been linked to other people. West dated Chaney Jones for a while, but the couple seemed to have split. Kim has been dating Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson since her appearance on the late-night comedy show in October 2021.
The rumours began to pick up traction in June when online investigators spotted the reality star wearing the same hat that Kanye wore days earlier in LA. Kanye initially rocked the red and yellow print cap while he and Kim attended their daughter North’s basketball game. The rapper and SKIMS founder sat separately in the stands at the game, which took place at a gym near Thousand Oaks, California. But, just days later, Kim was seen wearing the exact same hat while out with their sons Saint and Psalm in New York.
Jonathan Cheban, who also goes by FoodGod, shared a snapshot with West recently, leading followers to believe the former power couple was secretly spending time together. Kardashian’s friend, Cheban, posted a throwback photo with the Donda rapper. The two were posing with entrepreneur David Grutman, who owns several Miami-based restaurants and nightclubs.
If there is a potential reunion brewing, count momager Kris Jenner as an apparent supporter. The family attended Paris Fashion Week together and, as reported by The Sun, Jenner was seen dancing to Kanye’s music. As Kim, North, Kris and her boyfriend, Corey Gamble, sat waiting for the show to begin, Kanye’s song, ‘Black Skinhead’ played in the background. Everyone seemed nonplussed, except her, as she enjoyed tapping her toes and bouncing her leg to the track.
