Who. What. Where? No. 57
Amidst the chaos surrounding Paris Fashion Week Men’s, Stüssy and Our Legacy WORK SHOP have surprised the scene with another expansive collaboration. The duo have produced thorough collections together for years now and are adding to their already-impressive CV with a new range inspired by both brands’ heritage. Kicking off the preview, the two have again assembled reversible shearling outerwear with a zip-up hoodie serving as one of the collection’s hero pieces. Additional layering options include a quilted jacket with Stüssy’s Surfman logo at the back while a new logo lock-up of the two graces t-shirts and beanies. Overdyed cargo pants make an appearance as well, but it’s the double-breasted suits that take it to the next level with leather accessories acting as the cherry on top. The latest capsule from Stüssy and Our Legacy WORK SHOP releases January 19th via select Stüssy, Dover Street Market and Our Legacy stores.
If, like us, you’ve been putting off facing the baltic weather and hibernating away inside, our next inclusion should offer up some respite. The North Face recently revealed their Ripstop collection, combining retro outdoor industry stories and classic 90’s silhouettes. The collection honours the renegade explorers of the world who repurposed post-war surplus materials to create more functional gear. In honour of this innovation, texture takes centre stage, with a military-inspired aesthetic and waxed-ripstop fabric. Standouts from the collection include new iterations of the brand’s most iconic pieces, including the ‘92 Nuptse and Denali Pants being taken to new heights with durable zippers, buttons, and fabrications that are designed to withstand the harsh and great outdoors. So, if you’re looking for a way to brave the weather without sacrificing style, you can shop the collection here.
