Katie Holmes makes red carpet debut with new boyfriend Bobby Wooten III

The Dawson’s Creek actress and the musician stepped out at The Moth’s Silver Ball on May 26, marking their first red carpet appearance together as a couple. For the occasion, Katie wore a pale yellow gown with black patent leather heels. Bobby rocked a dark teal suit, black shirt and matching shoes.
The event, held at Spring Studios in New York City, celebrated The Moth’s 25th anniversary and honoured singer-songwriter David Byrne, who Wooten previously worked with on the Broadway recording of American Utopia. The couple’s appearance comes nearly a month after they were first seen in public on a romantic stroll in New York.
Wooten is a Chicago native and is a Grammy nominated musician. The multi talented entertainer has worked with the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Mac Miller and Jennifer Hudson. His music and production is featured in the Empire series as well as ESPN, Nike and Google adverts.
A source close to Katie previously told E! News that the Batman Begins actress met Bobby through friends, adding that their relationship is “working well.” “Katie is excited about seeing someone and is very happy,” the insider explained. “She enjoys having someone in her life and he is very kind and good to her.”
Holmes was previously married to Tom Cruise and shares a 16-year-old daughter, Suri Cruise, with him. She was later in a relationship with Jamie Foxx, who she dated for six years before they reportedly ended their relationship in May 2019.
