At just 19 years old, Loski is making waves with his mellowed out rap, with music presenting an honest artist who is looking forward, unafraid to level up. Kennington born and raised, the experimental rapper broke out with singles ‘Boasy’ and ‘Cool Kid’, fast becoming an icon on the London music scene. Co-signed in 2018 by some of the industry’s biggest names – Drake and Stormzy – Loski is now stepping up a notch, solidifying his place in the drill world and bringing in vibrant new sounds. We meet the rising star to find out how he’s found his way to the world of his new mixtape, Mad Move, and where it’s going to be leading him to next…
Describe your music in 3 words…
It. Is. Sick.
Who’s your greatest influence?
God!
What does music mean to you?
Everything, literally. I’m putting everything into it in the hopes to get everything out of it.

Who’s the last person you called?
I phoned my bredrin!
What did you talk about?
He was talking about a girl… I was trying to help him out!
One item of clothing you couldn’t live without?
My chain. My chain is one of my close close friend’s who passed away so when I’m wearing that I always feel like I’m with him.
One album you couldn’t live without?
Bryson Tiller – Trapsoul.
What’s your favourite way to spend £10?
This question is mad. What’s really £10 these days? Maybe like a nice breakfast or something.
Favourite song on the tape?
Full stop – I love the beat. It just became my favourite yesterday. My favourite song always changes though, once it’s dropped – I’ll be feeling whatever everyone is feeling.

What’s next for you?
My brand new mixtape is out now so we’re about to go on tour with it. The London date is the biggest headline show I’ve ever done so it’s going to be litty.
