There’s no denying it, Brazil is really having its moment right now. Trust-fund supported 20-somethings across the world are flocking en masse to South America, swapping açai bowls in Bali for rodizios in Rio. If, like me, you’ve got major FOMO from missing out on Carnival this year, let me convince you to put down your yellow and green Brazil tank top (you know the one) and hop on the trend with something a little more authentic. FARM Rio has just announced its latest campaign, AS CARIOCAS. The campaign — which takes its name from the word Rio locals use to describe themselves — celebrates a fusion of the city’s urban chaos and tropical allure through showcasing the brand’s breathable fabrics and bright floral prints. The imagery reflects the spontaneity of the city, showing models wearing the same outfits from the beach to the bar. Like the imagery, the clothes themselves are serotonin-inducing and sexy, but practical enough for everyday wear. Check out the collection here.

Each city’s fashion week is known for showcasing something different, and here in London, we’re fortunate enough to be the city celebrating new talent. Every fashionista knows that the best place to discover burgeoning talent is through BFC NEWGEN, and this season, the initiative’s most exciting collection has to be Karoline Vitto’s collaboration with Pull & Bear. Vitto’s work is all about showing off the body, and embracing curves and contours instead of correcting or disguising them — which is incredibly refreshing in an industry dominated by a ‘nothing tastes as good as skinny feels’ attitude. This body of work connects feminine softness through sheer, buttery materials contrasted with structured denim co-ords and rigid metal accents, proving that femininity and edge don’t have to be mutually exclusive. The collection even has the Lola Young stamp of approval — eagle-eyed fans might recall the singer accepting her BRIT award wearing the shimmery denim set. With a Pull and Bear price range and sizes up to 2XL, it’s super accessible, too. Win-win. Shop the collection here.

A$AP Rocky has just celebrated his one year anniversary as creative director of Ray Ban. As such, his latest lovechild (no, not Rocki Irish Mayers) with the brand is a celebration of both the brand’s heritage and Rocky’s futuristic vision. The all-metal collection includes ‘90s inspired silhouettes like the ORX3931V in gold and tortoise-shell, whilst the ORX3929V in rimless silver are a vision of modern minimalism. For the campaign video, he invited ‘90s legend Nas to an American Diner to show off his shades. Stunning. Snap up the collection here because it’s bound to sell out, well, ASAP.

The best part of a run is the runner’s high at the end (at least that’s what I’ve heard on the grapevine — the only time I come into contact with running clubs is bumping into them on my way back from Inferno’s on a Sunday morning). But it’s counting down the minutes until you reach it that’s the hard part. That’s why New Balance’s new shoe is designed to help runners lose track of time. The Ellipse is an ultra bouncy cushioned trainer, made for recovery and ease of movement encouraging you to enjoy the run, rather than stressing about time splits and personal bests. Perfect for your Sunday jog, it’s kind of a subtle ‘FU’ to the Strava warriors of the world. But comfort isn’t a compromise on quality — the campaign is headed by rapper Action Bronson, but the shoe has garnered fans from serious athletes, like Olympic gold medalist Gabby Thomas, too. A running shoe that invites you to slow down rather than speed up? Now this is the kind of exercise I can get on board with (after my hangover full English, of course. It’s all about balance). This spring, hat brand New Era have joined forces once more with Skepta’s MAINS to rework the iconic 59FIFTY silhouette. The new product has a super on-trend dogear profile, and comes in black corduroy so, although it’s definitely a statement piece, it’s sleek enough to go with every ‘fit. The dogears can be fastened to the top for a modern addition to the classic cap silhouette, but come fur-lined so they can be worn down to keep your ears warm on those cooler spring days. Earmuffs had their moment last year, but the new 59FIFTY is a much cooler alternative. Its no secret that we love the fusion of fashion and music, and thanks to New Era’s ongoing celebration of baseball culture, this collab is nothing short of a triple threat. Grab yours here.

Chanel has recently been upping the ante when it comes to transforming beauty products into accessories. The maison recently launched a denim-inspired make-up line complete with adorable miniature denim product cases, and it seems they don’t intend to stop there. In time for Mother’s Day, the house is launching a collector’s edition of the Coco Mademoiselle Eau de Parfum Purse Spray, complete with a chain strap which makes the perfect bracelet or, better yet, Chanel bag charm. Alongside the miniature, they’re also spotlighting their other camellia-scented Mother’s Day gifts. It’s both the house’s signature flower and the flower of love and admiration. The perfume is also available in a full 100ml bottle, or as a shimmering body oil. Divine.
