The Goat — Featuring KNWLS AW25

Welcome to HUNGER’s The Goat, where we let you in on all the hottest drops and new releases. Less hype, more the things you actually need on your radar.

First up, it’s over to KNWLS, who’ve just delivered their AW25 collection. As usual, KNWLS are showing off what makes them so singular, transforming 00s references into something distinctly modern — by the way, the campaign is fronted by none other than Iris Law. As a collection, it’s all about sharp construction. Think power mesh with anatomical paneling and metal studs, strategically slashed baby tees, and corseted micro skirts with flounced hems on suspender straps. There’s also acid-wash-inspired leggings, flocked denim with velvety texture, and signature leatherwork in honey shearling coats and smocked calfskin panels. And completing each look? Medieval-inspired footwear with jagged toes and concave wedged heels that prove why Charlotte Knowles earned herself a finalist spot for the 2024 BFC/Vogue Designer Fashion Fund. Dropping… soon?

Over in the shoes department, Timberland is joining forces with Tokyo’s Hender Scheme for a collaboration that’s set to elevate the iconic 3-Eye Lug Boat Shoe into something truly special. Dropping March 21st, the real star here is the authentic veg-tanned leather sourced from a local Japanese tannery — starting as light beige before developing a unique patina that deepens with wear, ensuring no two pairs will ever look the same. It’s like a walking canvas, becoming more personal with every step. The collab also features clever design touches like leather-embossed eyelets (no metal in sight) and a playful kiltie tassel. All in all, this is more than just another boat shoe — it’s Hender Scheme’s masterclass in material manipulation paired with Timberland’s iconic silhouette, delivering something truly worth investing in for all you leatherheads. Looking for the perfect ski wardrobe that doesn’t scream “I’m only here for the après”? Holzweiler’s AW25 collection draws inspiration from Norway’s snow-blanketed Senja Alps, blending vintage ski glamour with practical everyday appeal. Creative director Maria Skappel Holzweiler serves up a delicious mix of 60s sophistication (think pearl accents, faux fur and oversized eyewear) and 80s ski ballet energy, all while keeping functionality front and center. The elevated down jackets come in technical wool, corduroy and faux fur variations, while a standout shearling and leather jacket steals the spotlight. For serious powder enthusiasts, there’s also a debut ski capsule featuring a collab with Norwegian gear experts Sweet Protection. Whether you’re carving slopes or just conquering city streets, there’s a little something for everyone in this one.

Next it’s over to Oakley, who’ve just debuted their Latitude SS25 Collection. Drawing inspiration from the unlikely combo of parachutes and jellyfish (yes, really), this “morphware” collection is all about adapting to whatever mother nature throws your way. The star of the show is the Flight Vest Poncho — a shape-shifting marvel that transforms from a sleek vest to a fully waterproof poncho with one zip. It’s packed with modular storage, reflective details, and even a leash holder if you’re bringing your pup along for the ride. The rest of the lineup follows suit with convertible pieces like the Flight Cargo Pants and Shell Tees — all in an earthy color palette that wouldn’t look out of place in the Dune franchise. And, of course, there’s also matching eyewear, including the moss-green Plantaris with its removable nose cone that’s already become a hit with the fashion set. Shop here

Good news — UGG isn’t just hibernating until winter anymore, with Chapter 2 of their SS25 collection proving they’ve got serious summer credentials too. The collection’s standout is the Goldenrise, a clever three-way sandal that transforms from slide to slingback to wrap style faster than you can say “beach day.” It’s the kind of practical-meets-stylish piece that explains why singer HANNI returned as the face of their campaign. And while Kendall Jenner’s already been spotted in the Greenport Slide, it’s the football world that’s really embracing UGG’s summer evolution. The pitch-to-pavement pipeline is real with William Saliba, Ola Aina, Joe Willock, Trevoh Chalobah and Omari Hutchinson all recently caught wearing the chunky Tasman Lug and Peakmod styles from the new collection. And last but not least, it’s over to Flower Mountain. Let’s just say this — the Japanese-rooted footwear label isn’t your run-of-the-mill trainer brand. Proving just that is their SS25 collection, which blends outdoor functionality with street-ready style. Their iconic Yamano 3 returns with flowing stitch lines, overlapping elements and distinctive trekking laces, while the new Niwa sandal introduces an anatomically shaped cork-lined footbed with wide velcro closure that prioritizes comfort without sacrificing style. It all just makes sense given Flower Mountain’s unique perspective and their genuine love of mountain exploration filtered through a distinctly Japanese design lens. Their silhouettes are perfect for transitioning from urban concrete to mountain trails. They’re also perfect for those seeking footwear beyond the obvious choices. Shop here
