Thank you key workers!
Illustrator Erin Aniker says ‘Thank you skilled key workers!’ in a new series of posters, postcards and activity sheets developed from one artwork, paying tribute to NHS workers, corner shops, cleaners and bus and delivery drivers, which the artist has been working on every day since lockdown and is now proud to release for a vital cause.
Speaking of the initiative, Erin said; “I wanted to create something as a small gesture of support and thanks to our NHS and all the incredibly skilled keyworkers who have always kept us going and continue to during this pandemic, despite lack of PPE, pay rises and consistent cuts to government funding.”
Proceeds will go to Masks for NHS Heroes, a charity founded by UK doctors and NHS staff, Dr Mona Barzin, Dr Salaj Masand, Mr Nav Kumar and Mr Ravi Visagan, who are directly sourcing and delivering verified PPE to frontline NHS workers.
Prices are £2 for a postcard, £2 for activity sheets, £5 for a pack of 3 postcards, £15 for an A4 art print/poster and £20 for an art pack with everything included.
