Miu Miu’s just become Art Basel Paris’ official partner again

Last year was the first time Miu Miu sponsored Art Basel Paris, which became the most recent addition to the art fair’s four locations back in 2022. For their first go as sponsors, the Italian fashion house presented ‘Tales & Tellers’, a project from artist Goshka Macuga, which tapped into Miu Miu’s existing film series Miu Miu Women’s Tales.
This year, Miu Miu is putting on ‘30 Blizzards’ as their artistic contribution to the fair. A new work by Turner-Prize winning artist Helen Marten, it corresponds with the fashion house’s penchant for women’s stories, and will be presented at the Palais d’Iéna from 22 to 26 October.
‘30 Blizzards’ also marks Marten’s first foray into performance. In a live showing, it’ll dive into human identity through choreographed direction from Fabio Cherstich and music from composer Beatrice Dillon. Art Basel Paris’ Public Program will also feature other free exhibitions, installations and projects at the French capital’s Grand Palais.
